finely chop all vegetables according to your preferences
chopped garlic and saute for few seconds.
Add chopped spring onion Saute for few minutes
Add chopped vegetables and stire fry on high flame for 4-5 mints they r cook.
Add 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce black pepper and salt to taste.
Add rice and mix well. Toss rice for few mints in high flame. Add spring onions green.
Schezwan rice is ready to serve.
